You can apply your chosen data, chart and layout settings to all or a range of slides at once with our “Apply Settings To…” feature.
Set up one slide using the data, chart, and layout settings that you want to apply to a number of other slides.
Click Apply Settings To…
Choose between applying your current settings to all other slides in your project OR a range of slides.
If you choose a range of slides, you will need to enter the slide numbers that you want the settings to be applied to in the text box, for example 1,3,5-12.
Filter Rows: Use the Filter Rows feature to remove or add data points from all or a range of slides at once.
