# Advanced Data Sorting

It is possible to sort the rows within your data by any given column. You can choose whether you’d like to sort the rows by ascending or descending:

1. Within `Data Settings` select the `Sort by` drop down and select the column you would like to sort the data by.
2. You can choose from `ascending` or `descending` to the right of the drop down.
3. To revert to normal position, select `None` from the `Sort by` drop down.
